• Programming: This is the initial research and fact-finding phase where we consult with the client to understand their needs, goals, and budget. This step defines the project's requirements and scope.

• Schematic Design: The client's vision is translated into preliminary design concepts through rough sketches, floor plans, and site layouts. This phase establishes the general form and scale of the project.

• Design Development: Once a schematic design is approved, the plans are refined by adding more detail and selecting specific materials, finishes, and building systems (like structural, mechanical, and electrical). This phase brings the design to a more refined and detailed stage.

• Construction Documents: Produce a comprehensive set of drawings and specifications that provide all the information required for a contractor to bid on the project and build it. These documents are also used for obtaining building permits.

• Construction Administration: Site visits during construction to ensure the work is proceeding according to the design documents and addressing any questions or issues that arise.
